Mill City Environmental Corporation was founded by President and Managing Director Brian L. Chapman.

With over 15 years of experience in the environmental services field, Brian L. Chapman was formerly the Business Development Manager for a Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation division. His market sector focus included Energy, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Water Resources, Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Manufactured Gas Plants. He has managed budgets ranging from $500,000 - $12,000,000 serving a diversified client base.  Prior to Foster Wheeler he worked for Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., where his expertise developed in   Groundwater Treatment Systems, UST/AST Remediation and Compliance Programs, Industrial Maintenance, Emergency Response and Hazardous Waste Management. He is actively involved with numerous Professional Associations and Societies.
