Mill City Environmental Staff

MCE was founded in November of 2001 by Brian L. Chapman. Mr. Chapman is the current president and remains active in all facets of MCE operations. MCE's staff includes field technicians, geologists, engineers, equipment operators, and support staff.

Brian Chapman - President

Brian Chapman has over 23 years of experience in the environmental services field and is formerly the Business Development Manager for a Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation division. His primary focus was the development of the commercial business base within the respective market sectors, which include Energy, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Water Resources, Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Manufactured Gas Plants. He has managed budgets ranging from $500,000 - $12,000,000 with a diversified client base. He is actively involved in several local Professional Associations and Societies. Previous to Foster Wheeler he worked for Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., where he was involved with Groundwater Treatment Systems, UST/AST Remediation, Remedial Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Emergency Response and Hazardous Waste Management.

Julie Davies - Senior Project & Compliance Manager

Ms. Davies has over 15 years of Project Management experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field. She has managed the projects and compliance activities for major manufacturing companies and prime DOD and DOE contractors. Julie's primary responsibilities are to ensure compliance with environmental and safety laws; and the management of projects in support of those goals. She has experience with the regulations of multiple states and a wide variety of environmental projects including: Transportation and Disposal, Remediation System Installation and Maintenance, and Site Restoration. Ms. Davies' specialties include project planning and resource management for large scale, multi-vendor projects; and coordination of resources in support of prime contracts.

Scott McKiel - General Manager

Mr. McKiel comes to MCE with a wealth of experience in both project and facility management. He has managed staff and daily activities at commercial, medical, and construction facilities. He has managed budgets in excess of $20 million. His expertise lies in managing day-to-day tasks of complex operations. As General Manager for MCE, he is responsible for the operational staff, project schedules, and estimating.

Michelle Pimentel – Client Services

Ms. Pimentel will be heading up MCE's client services. Her focus will be on ensuring that all MCE's clients receive prompt, professional, and reliable service.
